How do you market our property?
We have up to date online marketing through our Management software, our website listing, as well as other avenues that put your property in front on numerous potential tenants.
When do the tenants pay you and then when do you pay us?
Various tenants pay at various times. We process your payment by the 20th of each month. This allows time for us to be notified of bounced checks, file evictions for the month and generally have your rent in for you.
Can you handle our maintenance?
Yes. We partner with numerous local vendors as well as have maintenance crews to make sure you are getting quality work. Almost all of our vendors have worked with us for 10+ years and/or have a good reputation within the community for their work.
If the tenants don’t pay will you handle that?
Yes, often you won’t even know if your tenants were late. We handle all aspects of late payments.
Can we sign online? Can we pay online?
Yes and Yes. We can send you the management agreement via email for you to review, sign and return. Once signed, you will be sent an email to activate your Property Owner Portal. The portal allows you to make Owner Contributions, see your previous monthly statements and other important items. Your tenants will also be able to pay online, see their statements and make maintenance requests via their Tenant Portal
